My response is to the article by James S. The difference between what I have gathered
nbsp;from Robbs article and the Affirmative Action that was in place
nbsp;for military purpose was 1) all officers had to be US citizens, 2)
nbsp;that they must be qualified (physically, mentally and morally, not
nbsp;just educationally) for the military occupation they want to apply for
nbsp;or undertake, and 3) that the officer had to successfully complete the
nbsp;formal school certification prior to assuming that occupation.eja.google. Failure

nbsp;towards acceptance of continuous change, and with this acceptance the
nbsp;need for change within the Affirmative Action program goes without

nbsp;not possible for the OSO to meet every one presented by military

nbsp;through solicitation of enlisted recruiters. Enlisted
nbsp;service members were not bound by the use of Affirmative Action in the

Affirmative Action for the situation at hand and the future to come. Thus there is a need to redesign

noted in the article the focus of the program has been lost and is
being wrongly interpreted.
