You are correct, sir.gif" smilieid=9" /]eter

This is not intended to be legal advice in any jurisdiction

In my families expierience, if you hold an indefinite Visa that was issued more than 10 years ago, and has not ben cancelled, then BCIS will allow you to use it once more, and then they will cancel it in your passport, when you enter at the POE. Consequently, if
the visa in your passport is a B-1/B-2 visa valid for multiple
applications indefinitely you may continue to use it for business
and/or pleasure purposes for ten years from the date of issuance.

nbsp;gt;Hi,
nbsp;gt;I would like to check whether the rules have changed.
nbsp;gt;On Fri, 2 May 2003 07:00:21 +0000 (UTC), quot[img]images/smilies/default/titter. The ten
year validity period applies regardless of the fact that the applicant
may have previously held an indefinite visa. Itdoes not matter which passport the visa is in, as long as you have a current valid passport
Hi
Many thanks for your help
