Unlikely as they won't book just pass holder fares or reservations only
by phone (or internet) due to the very low costs involved.

in London or any station in France.

I assume you'll want their Canadian number, which is 1-800-361-RAIL. Disadvantage=a possibility of trains being

more for your reservation fee than if you wait until you get to Europe.

from: // www .Can I
nbsp;book reservation by phone from London or have to be in person at

In person at either:

Rail Europe Travel Centre, 178 Piccadilly London or
Calais Ville/Fréthun station

desmond @ zeouane. We did book one
train ahead in Canada (the Eurostar between Paris and London) but we
bought it and our rail pass at TravelCuts with no handling / delivery
charge.

That's Rail Europe's Canadian number, not SNCF.So What is TRN and do I need to make
nbsp;reservation for seat and couchette for the night? If I do then where?

TRN is simply a long distance train, reservations recommended for seats
and necessary for couchettes/sleepers. Book at the station(s) once you get to Europe.Your answers save me lot of potential troubles

I'll be in London then take ferry to Calais then TGV to Paris.

In addition, you might pay a handling / delivery charge.
